This 1969 Porsche 912 is a special car that was ordered new in Bahama Yellow with black interior. The 1969 912 is a one year one design and was discontinued in 1970 replaced by the 1970 911T. Ruetter and karmann made body's for the 912 and this car does show it was produced at the Karmann factory with a total production of only 2474 cars. This car was also ordered in Bahama yellow and less than 7% of all 912 produced were in this color. The original owner ordered the 5 foose wheels and the 5 902/05 speed manual transmission. Based on the vin and the engine number it appears to be at the end of the run in 1969 and is believed to be all matching numbers. The car has been with the original owner from 1969- 2023 and spent its life out in california. Over all the car looks pretty solid and could use a restoration. These fully restored cars bring good money and this would make a great addition to someone's collections. The headliner needs to be replaced and there are some rear seat belts that come with the car. This car does run and drive ans we have a youtube link if you would like to see it let us know if you have any questions.
